Butterscotch Mug Cake

Butterscotch is one of my favorite flavors. Whether it's in candy or cake it is always a tasty flavor. This recipe is a mug cake filled with chopped butterscotch chips, toasted pecans, and sweet delicious cake. I hope this recipe is as much of a hit for you, as it is for me.

 Butterscotch Mug Cake:
Large Mug
Cooking Spray
3 TBS Butter Melted
3 TBS Milk
2 TBS Egg
3 TBS Brown Sugar
1/4 cup + 1 TBS flour
1/8 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 TBS Butterscotch Chips
2 TBS Chopped, and toasted

Spray the mug all over  with cooking spray making sure to get everywhere. Add the melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar; and whisk until mixed.

Whisk in flour and baking powder.

Now chop the butterscotch chips and toasted pecans into very small pieces.

And whisk it all together.

Cook for 2 minutes (1800 watt) or 4:30 minutes (1000 watt). Take out of the microwave and enjoy.
