Butterscotch Mug Cake

Butterscotch is one of my favorite flavors. Whether it's in candy or cake it is always a tasty flavor. This recipe is a mug cake filled with chopped butterscotch chips, toasted pecans, and sweet delicious cake. I hope this recipe is as much of a hit for you, as it is for me.

And whisk it all together.

Chocolate Mug Cake

Chocolate mug cake is a delicious food that takes no time at all. This recipe makes one very large serving or two small servings. The peanut butter melts into a gooey liquid sauce that adds a lot to the cake. There are thousands of mug cake recipes online and I have only seen a fraction of them but of the ones that I have tried this is the best. Most mug cakes have trouble with having to much egg; and end up tasting like sweet eggs which is just terrible. But my recipe has only about half of an egg in it and double the cake of most mug cakes.

Chocolate Mug Cake:
Ingredients:
3 TBS oil
3 TBS Milk
2 TBS egg
3 TBS white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
3TBS Chocolate chips (or mini chips)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 TBS peanut butter
One large mug
Cooking spray

Start by spraying the mug with cooking spray making sure to get the edges and the bottom. Next mix the oil, milk, egg. and sugar in the mug. Then mix in the flour, baking powder, and coco powder. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until incorporated. Next drop in the peanut butter and push it in a little. Now take your finished cake batter to the microwave  and cook for 1 1/2 minutes ( 1800 watt) or 4 minutes (1000 watt). Take the cake out of the microwave and enjoy!

Tip: you can also let is sit for about
ten minutes and it becomes a lot
like brownies.

Boy who cooks

Hi. I'm Brayden; i'm 13 years old and I love to cook. I started cooking with my older brother; working through a cookbook called Small Batch Baking. After a few recipes my brother stopped baking and I continued. I got a great love for cooking; and started making bigger recipes like pretzels and cake.

I cook almost every day. My posts will all be cooking videos and tutorials. Some of my recipes will be small batch and others might be microwave cakes and eggs, but there will always be baking.
